1. The service and the provider

autositer.com (the “Service”) provides a tool for creating and hosting websites for professionals. The provider is autositer (IPlus Technologies, Nicosia, EE56543). Contact: info@autositer.com.

2. Account

To use the Service you create an account with a valid email address, which you must confirm before you can pay and publish. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens through your account. The Service is intended for adults.

3. Subscription plans and prices

Creating and editing a site is free. Without a plan the site stays hidden and only its owner can see it (preview). Publishing a site on the internet requires a prepaid plan: Basic (one page and one additional language) at 20€ per month or 120€ per year, and Pro (a home page, four additional pages and up to three additional languages) at 40€ per month or 200€ per year. Prices include VAT, where applicable. Some short or distinctive names may carry an additional charge, which is shown before payment. Payment is processed by the payment providers Mollie or Stripe.

The payment covers the period you select and does not renew automatically. The plan includes publishing the site at the address autositer.com/name that you choose, the contact form and unlimited republishing. You can hide or republish the site whenever you wish while the plan is active. When the period ends, the site stops being shown to visitors, your data is kept and the site comes back when you renew. The name stays reserved for you for a limited time after expiry. For online shops and custom builds the price is agreed separately.

Right of withdrawal. The service is activated immediately after payment. By accepting the terms at checkout you ask for it to start immediately and acknowledge that, if you are a consumer, once the service has been fully provided you lose your right of withdrawal; no refund is due for the part already provided. In case of a technical problem that we do not resolve, you may ask for a refund of the corresponding part of the period by writing to us.

4. Your content

The content you publish (texts, images) remains yours. You grant us permission to store and display it so that we can provide the Service. You warrant that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe any law or third-party rights. Unlawful, misleading, offensive or discriminatory content is prohibited, as is hosting phishing, malware or spam.

For professions with regulated ethics (e.g. medical, legal, psychological), you are responsible for the compliance of the content with the rules of your profession and for the accuracy of the details and claims you publish. Your site must include the information that the law requires for your activity (e.g. business name, address, tax number, competent authority).

5. Suspension and removal of content

We may temporarily suspend a site where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of the terms or of the law, after a notice from a third party or an authority, or when we need to verify information. We will tell you by email and in your dashboard the reason and what you need to submit for the site to be reopened. In case of serious or repeated breaches we may permanently remove the content or close the account. To report unlawful content on a site of the Service, write to info@autositer.com with the address of the page and your reasons.

6. Personal data of your sites’ visitors

If the contact form of your site collects visitors’ details, you are the data controller and we are the processor acting on your behalf. We process this data only to deliver it to you (storage and sending by email), with the necessary security measures, and we do not use it for our own purposes. We use sub-processors (hosting and email delivery) and messages are deleted automatically after the period stated in the privacy policy or when you delete them. You are responsible for informing your visitors (e.g. with your own privacy policy) and for answering their requests. This clause constitutes the data processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR; for a separate document, ask at info@autositer.com.

7. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service running without interruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. There may be pauses for maintenance. Keep your own copy of your content (you can download the HTML of your site).

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current period of the site concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited, in particular those of consumers.

9. Email communication

We send you emails relating to the service: account confirmation, welcome, payment receipt, expiry reminders, messages from your site’s form and management notices. We do not send promotional messages without your consent.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the “Account” page. Deleting it removes your sites and messages. A subscription you have paid for is not refunded, except as required by law.

11. Changes, governing law

We may update the terms; for material changes we will notify you by email. The terms are governed by Cypriot law and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers’ right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
